Background Information
Gloria J. Carter-Hicks, president, CEO and owner, founded
H-C-H in 1999. Prior to launching her own business, Carter-Hicks worked as a Human Resources Executive for 15 years, gaining valuable corporate experience in key leadership roles.
Carter-Hicks comes from a family of entrepreneurs. She parlayed her college education, entrepreneurial upbringing and business experience into a successful performance improvement firm.
Since its launch, H-C-H has been helping organizations to maximize their performance, results and profits. Using
H-C-H’s expertise, organizations learn to develop their employees, improve work processes and create a work environment conducive to high productivity. The firm has an extensive network, spanning twenty-five affiliates across the United States.
